Born in 2013 from the idea of "layering fragrance," SHOLAYERED is a Japan-born, Made in Japan fragrance house. Ebisu Flagship Store was the brand's very first freestanding location — a retail floor at street level, and upstairs, a secret café disguised as the workshop of a perfumer living somewhere along the Southern European coast, with a dedicated LABO for creating a fragrance entirely your own.
"香りをレイヤードする"という新しいスタイルを提案したいとの想いから2013年に誕生した、日本発・メイドインジャパンのフレグランスブランドSHOLAYERED（ショーレイヤード）。恵比寿本店はブランド初の路面店として誕生し、1階の物販フロア、南ヨーロッパに暮らす調香師の作業部屋をイメージした2階の隠れ家カフェ、そしてあなただけの香りを作るLABOの3つの世界を1つの建物で体験できます。

SHOLAYERED's Fragrance Cocktails reimagine scent as something you drink. Each recipe is built on one of the brand's signature fragrances and layered with flavors drawn from a city and a memory — the same "layering" philosophy that defines the brand, expressed through taste and aroma at once.
SHOLAYEREDのフレグランスノンアルコールカクテルは、"香りを飲む"という新しい体験として設計されたドリンクです。ブランドを代表する香りをベースに、世界の都市や記憶から着想を得た味わいを重ね、ショーレイヤードが掲げる"香りを重ねる（レイヤードする）"スタイルを、視覚・味覚・嗅覚で表現しています。
Inspired by Morocco's largest city — sweet guava and piña colada with a rich vanilla sauce for a creamy, honeyed finish.
モロッコ最大の都市カサブランカがテーマ。グアバとピニャコラーダの甘さに、たっぷりのバニラソースを重ねたクリーミーな一杯。
A tribute to Warsaw's colorful old town — juicy muscat grape, peach and rose petals for an elegant, photogenic pour.

South of Europe, North of Ordinary
南ヨーロッパに暮らす、調香師の作業部屋
Styled after the attic workshop of a perfumer living somewhere along the Southern European coast — Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal — the space centers on an "organ table" lined with fragrance bottles, exactly as a perfumer's own workbench would be. The wall tiles and roof tiles are imported directly from France, so the space feels far from Tokyo the moment you step in.
イタリア、スペイン、ギリシャ、ポルトガルなど、南ヨーロッパの地中海沿岸に暮らす調香師の作業部屋をイメージした空間。香料瓶がずらりと並ぶ"オルガンテーブル"を中心に、壁のタイルと屋根瓦はフランスから直輸入したものを使用しています。東京にいながら、まるで旅先に迷い込んだような非日常な時間が流れます。

Round diffuser lights and layered shadows set the mood as you browse. At the back of the floor, a color-lit staircase — the entrance to the café above — draws you further into the SHOLAYERED world.

How long does the perfume-making experience take?
制作にかかる時間はどれくらいですか？
Around 60–90 minutes, including scent testing and consultation with staff.

Can I take my perfume home the same day?
当日持ち帰ることはできますか？
Yes. Your fragrance is blended and finished on-site, and you take it home right away.

None at all — staff guide you through every step, from scent selection to blending.
