There are many people who don't know how to choose a perfume.

While it's easy to imagine what clothes will look like by looking at magazines, it can be difficult to imagine what a scent will be like because it is invisible.

In my work with customers, there are times when I feel that they are choosing to use a scent that they don't actually like.

Many people probably use something because everyone else is using it, or don't know how to choose so they go to the store and buy something that has No. 1 on it.

This time, let's explore aroma preferences based on food preferences.

Think about your favorite food or drink.

Is the taste of what you imagined light or heavy?

If you like light flavors, try something with a citrus scent.
If you like the combination of foie gras and red wine, you tend to prefer stronger aromas, so we recommend woody flavors.

First, understand your preferences through food.

Then try out scents from the narrowed down range.

Also, some people may place more importance on the reactions of those around them than on their own preferences.

There is an American study that shows that scent has a big impact on people's impressions.

A survey of male-female couples revealed that in cases where "my partner almost meets all the qualities I'm looking for," but "I just feel like there's something different," many of them found that their partner's smell was unpleasant.

It goes to show that if you don't like the other person's smell, it's hard to maintain a relationship.

However, it can be quite difficult to know the scent preferences of someone you are interested in when you first meet them.

So, what scent should you choose?

I like the light, clean scent of lemon.

Very few people find it unpleasant, so I highly recommend it as a first impression scent.

And in order to close the gap, they wear a scent that exudes sexiness.

For women, sweet and delicious scents like vanilla, or scents with animal fragrances like musk and amber,

For men, the scents are fougere, chypre, and mild woody scents.

By applying it to bare skin before putting on clothes, your clothes will act as a cushion and give off a pheromone-like scent.

This time I wrote about how to choose a perfume.

I hope this will be an opportunity for you to discover new fragrances.
