Designed based on the concept of a "perfumer in the attic" living in Southern Europe, you can enjoy an amazing, extraordinary space that is completely different from what you would imagine from the outside.

The interior of the restaurant, which is modeled after Southern Europe (Mediterranean countries such as Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, and the Vatican City, a region with a mild climate and popular resort destinations), is so relaxing that you'll forget the passage of time.

The attic area is designed to resemble a workspace where perfumers create perfumes.

Can you imagine the scents being created like music being played at this organ table, with its rows of fragrance bottles?

The word "attic" brings to mind a secret space and evokes the excitement of a child.
It feels like a secret base and is a very relaxing space that has been well received.

The shelves are filled with tools and documents from the "Attic Perfumer."

The tiles covering the entire wall are specially made and imported directly from France.
The roof tiles were also imported directly from the area.

Even though you're in Tokyo, you can experience an extraordinary feeling, as if you've wandered into another world or are on a trip.

Few people have probably seen an organ table in real life. The aromas lined up everywhere on the table are captivating and captivating to the viewer.

In fact, one finished perfume is made by mixing several different fragrances, and then adding ethanol and purified water to complete the perfume.
The most important element in creating a perfume is the fragrance, which is the source of the scent. It is said that there are about 200 types of natural fragrances and over 3,000 types of synthetic fragrances, and perfumers use these fragrances and combine dozens of different fragrances to create a single perfume.

For example, the scent of CHAMPAGNE, which is representative of SHOLAYERED, is made by combining more than a dozen different fragrances. It's fantastical, isn't it?
