Hello, I'm SHO, a fragrance producer.

Starting from now, I will be writing a series of blogs introducing the roots of the fragrances I have created so far.

First, the first one is lemon peel.

This scent is the origin of Layered Fragrance and my own scent.

I founded a company called Scent Nations (the company that runs Layered Fragrances) and the first fragrance I created was Lemon Peel.

Despite my enthusiasm to create a Made in Japan Fragrance that I could be proud of around the world, I was growing increasingly anxious about my future at the time.

The scent that supported me through all of this was lemon peel.

This fragrance, produced by Vementfils, a leading French fragrance company, is a simple citrus scent that could be said to be the origin of my work.

The first year of our business was much more difficult than I had imagined, and I felt like giving up many times, but this fragrance continued to encourage me every time.

It's been almost 10 years since I first encountered it, but the scent has remained unchanged and is always by my side.

It's the kind of scent that makes you want to go back to it.
