We are proud of our spatial design based on the concept of a " perfumer in the attic " and our unique and original menu, which was devised from our unique perspective as a perfume manufacturer!

SHOLAYERED 's single-note, simple scent would end up being a monotonous, ordinary juice if you were to turn it into a drink as is.
So we aimed to create a unique and playful drink by incorporating the impressions the producer had from the places he had traveled in the past.

CASABLANCA by WHITE MUSK

Casablanca, the largest city in the Kingdom of Morocco, is characterized by its unique and exotic cityscape, where southern Spanish and Islamic cultures coexist.Casablanca means "white house" in Spanish, and this fragrance combines the image of SHOLAYERED's "WHITE MUSK," which is reminiscent of the color white.
The sweetness, moderate acidity, and unique aroma of guava and piña colada are reminiscent of the exotic feel of "Casablanca."

On the other hand, the number of modern buildings has increased, making it an interesting city with a fusion of history and modernity. It is also an area with many immigrants from India and Pakistan, so there is a lot of spicy food, including Indian cuisine.
Birmingham is a place where you can experience a multicultural environment while still being in the UK.
I was also influenced by this region during my time studying abroad in the UK, and have since begun to incorporate the know-how of fragrance and the comfort of spices into my life.
Every time I drink this "Mysterious Mix" drink, it somehow brings back memories of my visit to "Birmingham" at that time. It really feels like the scent and memory are connected.
The secret spice extract is packed with the sweet, alluring flavour of star anise and cinnamon, representing the country of Birmingham.
