Fougere fragrance and timeless elegance

Everyone has a special memory associated with a perfume.
To me, fougere scents are like a scene from an old movie, somehow nostalgic, yet timeless and sophisticated.

The first time I wore fougere perfume, I was still unfamiliar with the depth of perfumery.
The mist sprayed from the slender glass bottle first releases a refreshing sparkle of bergamot, and soon afterwards a soft breeze of lavender spreads.
As time passes, the sweet and bitter tonka beans and the astringency of oak moss blend together on the skin, creating a calming atmosphere reminiscent of an old study.
I was completely captivated by the wonder of this transformation.

The scent of fougere is often described as something of a "classic gentleman's scent."
In fact, since the creation of "Fougère Royale" at the end of the 19th century, fougère scents have formed the basis of many men's perfumes.
However, this fragrance is not simply a "symbol of the good old days." It has an elegance that still appeals to many people, even as times change.

I especially like fougere fragrances when I'm going to a formal occasion.
Just wearing a little bit around the collar of your suit will make you feel more focused and invigorated.
The refined scent of fougere seems to have the power to even correct the posture of the person wearing the perfume. On the other hand, a more casual fougere, such as one that emphasizes the lightness of citrus, is also suitable for relaxing on the weekend.
Nothing goes more stylishly with a simple outfit like a white shirt and jeans than a subtle hint of fougere.

Fragrance is like a bridge connecting the past and the present.
When I wear the scent of fougere, I suddenly recall the images of the adults I admired as a child.
Memories of the perfume my father wore, the image of a gentleman walking briskly in a movie, and the smell of the air I felt while walking along the cobblestone streets of Europe.
Fragments of such memories are dissolved in a drop of perfume.

That is why wearing a fougere scent feels more like a choice of lifestyle than just a choice of fragrance.

Something that remains unchanged even as times change.

While being sophisticated and traditional, we continue to search for a scent that is uniquely our own.

That may be the true way to enjoy the scent of fougere.
